If the size isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. The jersey must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or specific sleeve patches are strictly non-exchangeable for sizing issues—please check the size chart carefully! However, we will gladly replace them if they arrive damaged.
Every kit is thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item (custom or standard), send us an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Items must remain unwashed with all original tags attached.

Turn your jersey inside out before dropping it in the washing machine. This protects the printed sponsors, custom names, and crests from friction against other clothes.
Hot water breaks down the heat-activated adhesives used on rubberized badges and sleeve patches. Stick to cold water cycles to prevent peeling.
Never put your football jerseys in a clothes dryer. Extreme machine heat will warp micro-mesh fabrics and crack vinyl prints. Hang them to air dry in the shade.
Do not apply direct heat from an iron over heat-pressed sponsors, names, or rubberized crests. If you must iron creases, do it inside out on a low setting.
Fabric softeners strip away the sweat-wicking properties of 130gsm player-version mesh fabrics. Use a gentle liquid detergent instead.
For custom name & number prints or multi-patch international kits, a quick 10-minute hand wash in cold water will maximize the lifespan of your prints.
Both our Player and Fan versions use match-accurate heat-pressed rubberized badges for sponsors and custom names. High heat from tumble dryers or washing machines will dissolve the vinyl adhesive over time. Treat them gently, air dry in the shade, and they will survive hundreds of matchdays.
Master/Fan version: 150gsm brushed polyester, breathable and durable for everyday wear — embroidered club crest and embroidered manufacturer logo; sponsor badges are rubberized (heat-pressed).
Player version: 130gsm micro-mesh, a lighter athletic-fit fabric with a sweat-wicking finish — crest, manufacturer logo, and sponsor badges are all rubberized (heat-pressed).
